Security
Effective Date: March 23, 2026
ColCore.co S.A.S. takes the security of its platform and customer information seriously. This page provides a general overview of our security approach.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to help protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information processed through our Services.
Our security approach may include administrative, technical, and organizational controls such as:
We implement access controls and authentication safeguards to protect account access.
Access is granted based on the principle of least privilege where appropriate.
Data in transit is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
We use secure cloud infrastructure providers with established security practices.
We implement monitoring, logging, and issue investigation procedures.
The platform enforces role-based restrictions to control access to features and data.
ColCore may use cloud infrastructure and related services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other providers where appropriate.
AWS describes cloud security under a shared responsibility model: AWS is responsible for security of the cloud infrastructure, while customers remain responsible for security in the cloud, including their own applications, configurations, identity and access controls, and customer content. ColCore similarly remains responsible for the way it configures and operates its own application environment and services on top of such infrastructure.
Access to internal systems and customer environments is limited to authorized personnel, contractors, or service providers with a legitimate business need, subject to role-based or functional access restrictions where applicable.
Customer information is processed only as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, and in accordance with our agreements and applicable law.
While we take security seriously and implement safeguards designed to reduce risk, no system, application, hosting environment, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are also responsible for protecting their credentials, endpoint devices, internal processes, and access permissions.
